The last time we checked in on Novitec they were flogging a steroid-enhanced version of Ferrari’s F430 Scuderia 16M convertible. Now the German tuning house has turned their attention to Ferrari sibling Maserati with a supercharged edition of the GranTurismo S, the second offering from their newish Novitec Tridente division. Their modifications boost the GranTurismo’s 4.7L V8 engine with its 435 hp by 165 to make an even and impressive 600 hp. That’s only 96 hp less than their F430 Scuderia 16M, not bad for Ferrari’s little sister.

Other upgrades on Novi’s Maserati include a new high-flow sports exhaust system, an ECU booster, new KW/Novitec Suspension, NM3 wheels – 20-inch in front and 21-inch in the rear – and a full aero kit including a front lip, side panels, rear skirt and a rear wing. They manage to enhance rather than override Pininfarina’s design. Another option is to get the aero kit in full carbon fibre, The Maserati’s interior is pretty plush as it comes but you can get that kicked up too if you like. Mostly you’ll just be kicking up dust for other drivers to eat.
