MTM Birkin Edition Bentley Continental GT

German tuning house MTM captured the “world’s fastest Bentley” title a few years back with their souped-up version of the Continental GT which clocked in at 331 km/h. Now they’ve still got bragging rights – Bentley’s newest models still aren’t as fast as that – and they’re putting out a new edition to celebrate. The MTM Birkin Edition Bentley Continental GT features an upgraded exhaust and an engine retune in addition to a few additions which they decline to specify lest competitors steal the tech. Suffice to say that it all adds up to a 90 hp boost, bringing the V12’s total to a massive 650 hp.

That means the beautiful brute can hit the 100km/h in only 4.9 seconds. To keep things maneuverable at that speed a special F-Cantronic system has been added to lower the car by 35mm at the rear and 25mm in front. Classically-designed 21″ inch Bimoto alloy wheels and a four-pipe sport exhaust are basically the only visible upgrades to the exterior of the vehicle, which most would admit is pretty much perfect as is. All that will run you €20,000, but of course the sky’s the limit should you opt for MTM’s Individual program and have a hankering for a diamond steering wheel or some stupid crap like that.
