Mavizen TTX02: “Laptop on Wheels”

Just unveiled at SEMA is Mavizen’s new TTX02 electric motorcycle, billed as a “laptop on wheels.” What does that mean exactly? Try a top speed of 210 kph, a dedicated IP address, on-board web server, WiFi and Linux. Yes, in a motorbike – a KTM RC8 chassis to be exact built around an Agni powerplant. The Mavizen TTX02 will be available for delivery in Q1 of 2010, with a limited production of 50 units and a target price of £25,000, aimed at race teams who wish to compete in the upcoming eGrand-Prix series.
Born of Team Agni’s TTXGP race-winning electric motorcycle team, and the winning Agni X01 bike in particular. Mavizen knows whereof it speaks. “We are living in a click culture and connectivity is the key, across the board,” TTXGP founder Azhar Hussain noted in unveiling the bike. “Our approach was to find how we could make a laptop go racing. We think electric vehicles have more in common with consumer electronics than traditional automotive.” Well this one does anyway.

Hey great article I will be definitely visitig it again!
