The world famous Maltese Falcon, the world’s largest and most famous sailing yacht, has been listed on James by Perini Navi USA for €99 million. The 88-metre cutter is a masterpiece of technology and design. There are 2,400 square meters of sail on this baby; her unstayed carbon fibre rotating Falcon Rig and unique fully retractable sails are affixed to custom Perini-built carbon fibre yards and carbon masts. That makes for unrivaled performance, maneuverability and record-shattering speed, with Atlantic crossings achieved in just 10 days.

The highlight of the ultra-modern, understated interior is an atrium where the three decks are united by a circular stairway surrounding the main mast creating a spiraling effect, enhanced by natural light cascading from the top to the lower decks through transparent floors. The main deck is a wide open space featuring a main saloon, an enormous aft cockpit, two separate studio areas and a majestic dining room. There are accommodations for 12 guests and 16 crew, and the owner’s cabin on the upper deck has a private cockpit, a protected sun bathing area and direct access to the wheelhouse when you feel like taking the helm, which you will.
