What I love most about communist countries is that they have absolutely no regard for the truth. They peddle the same message year out and year in, that they are the best, everyone else is lying and trying to get at them. Take North Korea for example. There’s actually nothing humorous about the situation in North Korea per se, however, when put into perspective, and looking at the North Korean government’s futile attempts to make it seem as though the missile launch a month ago was a success, it becomes outright hilarious.

The entire free world could watch with glee as the Taepodong-2 missile made an utter failure of its attempt to bring a satellite into orbit, and instead just crashed in the sea off the coast of Japan. Pyongyang then issued a triumphant statement claiming that the launch had been successful and its satellite was in “routine orbit” broadcasting “immortal revolutionary paeans” back to Earth. At that point I lost it and just laughed out loud.

Don’t you wonder how they reason? Kim Jong Il is clearly insane, and so is his government, but they must realise that we know, and whatever they’re saying bears as much authenticity as anything O.J. Simpson would say. Why else would they explain to tourists visiting North Korea that they invented the book printing technique accredited to Gutenberg, or even the wheel? Is it all based out of fear? Are they so afraid to be sent to work camps, or has it simply become the national sport to come up with the most ludicrous statement and pass it off as a veritable fact that everyone is in on it?

The Soviets were similar in their approach to the truth and especially when it came to the ZIL limousine. No car has ever been surrounded with more secrecy than a ZIL limousine. Only government figures were allowed to purchase ZILs, most probably to keep anyone from finding out what crap they really were. Especially since they essentially were lousy copies of good ole’ American Caddies and Lincolns, barely measuring up to standards of thirties cars. Everything was wider, heavier, slower, harder, bigger, uglier and just plain stupid.
The worst ZIL ever must be the 112 Sports, a rip off of a Ferrari 166, but with a 6 litre, inline 8 cylinder engine, weighing in at almost 1400kgs. 0-100km/h took 9 seconds. Unsurprisingly, the 112 Sports set five all Union records at the race tracks. Probably without any competition too, just how communists like it.

Well my friend i disagree..But i understand you..you see what communism represents its direct opposite with everything tha you represent with your website, with all the cusuming, capitalist society you want to turn the world into…And when i say you i dont mean just you…by now you must think that everyone who doesnt dream of driving a ferrari(to substitute his baldnes,or his small penis)must be an anticosial idiot!…I am not a communist ,but you see i am not an idiot…You know why?Beacuse I can enjoy life without material substitutes.
Now i dont know if Kim Jong Il is insane, but 2200 us nuclear warheads tell me clearly who is.I am not a US hater, but i think we plain people must be able to see what is going on.
You words remind every movie that came out of the USA…with the bad guys always the big red menace that your goverments washed away the last drop of logic in the american peoples mind for decades…
You still live in the good ol’cold war days, while the good ol’golden U.S.A. boys have fucked the banking system for all of the rest of us…

Every gouvernment have their own Bagdad Bob, but in most countries they will be disclosed by the free press.
But I guess the subject is cars.

Few other tings tells so much about yourself and your values than the car you have and in some cases also the car you produce.
The story about the SUV“s is a good example of how strong your feelings are when paying a lot of money for features that you never will use.
The story about the Trabant is an example of cars in a dictatorship. Nobody wants it but they lined up to buy it.

  4. Hey this was doubtlessly one of the most intelligent blurbs I have read on the subject so far. I don’t have any idea where you get all your information but up! I’m gunna send some individuals over here to read this. Fantastic, simply awesome. I am just getting into crafting articles myself, nothing remotely close to your writing potential (ha!) but I would love for you to take my work in progress sometime! bowfelx series 7 treadmill
